This weeks episode was quite interesting, Tailor Made is hated by ALL! Tailor Made feels that a way to win this “competition” is to be manipulative. He tries his best to get the other guys against each other by spreading rumors. The night started off with Entertainer telling Tailor Made his thoughts about Pretty, he had a concern about Pretty’s sexuality. As usual, Tailor Made ran to New York and told him everything. Buddha got sick of the games that Tailor Made has been playing, he got in an altercation and ended up getting kicked off the show for violence. (more…)
The finale of Hogan Knows Best ended on a high note with Hulk receiving the “Father of the Year” award. Hulk went back to his hometown of South Tampa and visited their old house and his ill mother. They also took a trip to the house where Hogan grew up; the present owner of the home gave Hulk a toy car that was found in the garden while renovating. This episode was very emotional for the entire family. At the end of the show, Terry (Hulk) mentioned how honored he was to be awarded the father of the year award and thanked his children for hanging in there during the rough times between Linda and himself. At that moment the Hogan’s displayed that they may be a very fortunate family, but do have rough times in reality.
Six bachelorettes are left! If you missed last nights episode here’s a recap: there was a one on one date, a group date, and a two on one date where only one would come back. The one on one date was for Jenni. For their date Brad picks her up in a helicopter and at this point the women are very jealous about the way Brad is attracted to Jenni. Since the girls have nothing else to do while Brad is on the date with Jenni, they talk about Jenni and if she is really there for Brad. To no surprise he gave her a rose, by watching the way they act around eachother she will definetely be one of the final women at the end.

The show started off with the men having to prove their love by swimming across a pond and presenting New York with a gift. The gifts ranged from chocolate to expensive shoes. She received a gift from ‘Unsure’ that wasn’t meant for her and when she found out she flipped out. ‘Unsure’ ended up leaving the show after a lot of screaming on New York’s part. When it was Midget Mac’s turn to prove his love by swimming across, his floaty popped. ‘Buddha’ went and saved him and gave him enough courage to make it across on his own.

On Sunday night, Brooke Hogan had the task of controlling her own money. This put her in the “real world,” taking care of her own money. For so many years she was swiping her credit card without a care in the world and now she finally realized that money doesn’t “grow off trees.” Personally, my favorite part of the episode was when she was at a clothing store and spent $1,420 and she said that she felt bad, but it was worth it. By the end of the episode Brooke claimed that she had learned how to control her money and how important it is to control spending. I think that her claiming to understand how important balancing checks are was a complete act. My guess is that she is still swiping her credit cards in stores like there is no tomorrow. If she didn’t want people thinking that she is a “dumb blonde,” than she shouldn’t act like one. I can’t believe that the finale is already next week…
This morning on the way to work I heard on the radio that Andy Baldwin will apparently be serving 6 to 12 months over in Iraq. Also, the winner of that season was Tessa, who called off their engagement because of the long-distance.
I’m sure that most have heard the rumors that have been going around about Nick Hogan’s car accident. If you haven’t??? Well, this is what I heard…radio and television have been reporting that the passenger in the vehicle is going to be under special care for the rest of his life. Supposedly he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt. The question on my mind is were they filming the show when all of this was happening? I know that the Hogan’s are having bad publicity due to the accident, but I love this show! If you haven’t seen Hogan Knows Best….start! This is a real family in the public eye.

<!–[endif]–>VH1 is airing I Love New York again…first I have to say what a hilarious show! If you haven’t seen past seasons of Flavor of Love or I Love New York Season 1 it’s ok! In previous seasons ‘New York’ was dumped twice by Flav and then dumped by her fiance ‘Tango’, that’s pretty much all the background you need. This season New York along with her mother have chosen 20 men in hope to find “true love?”During the first show New York had to eliminate 5 men. At the end of this season do you think that out of the 15 men left do you think she will find a her true match? We will see…
The identical twin appeared on The Bachelor!! He is just as good-looking as Brad. Consequently, his name is CHAD! At the beginning of the show Brad asked his brother if he would pretend to be him to see if the women are actually interested. Shockingly?? some of the women couldn’t tell the difference. Personally, it was obvious…the shape of their faces were much different. I couldn’t understand why they didn’t show all the interactions with all of the girls, they only showed clips. I would have liked to have seen if Jennie could tell the difference instantly because of their strong connection. There have only been a few shows and the drama has already started. I can’t wait until next week…
This season on ABC’s The Bachelor features Brad Womack, their “hottest” bachelor. Brad is 34 and single, in addition he is very wealthy. My question is: ABC portrays Brad to be such a great guy….if he has all of the qualities of the “perfect” man, then why is he still single? That question is why I love this show. The women and men that go on this show are either there to promote themselves for a career, have a good time and drink a lot, or they are there for love.
