If you have never heard the story about John and Kate Gosselin it is amazing! The two got married at very young ages and hoped to start a family soon after. After recognizing pregnancy for them would be difficult. They reached to fertility treatments and were blessed with twin girls. Kate madly wanted one more child, where John was hesitant at the time and wanted to wait a few years. Kate as persistent as she is got pregnant!…with six.
Currently, John and Kate live in Pennsylvania with their eight children. They have a show that is featured on TLC and I believe the new episodes air Monday nights. Personally I think the show is great, but I have heard others speak otherwise of it.
If you haven’t seen this great reality TV show I recommend it to anyone of all ages. It one of the only reality TV shows out there that depicts a family for exactly who they are.
The Kids are adorable. I do not care for Kates superior attitude toward her husband. She is a controll freak and has no patients. I am afraid of how her attitude toward her husband will affect the kids. She is more concerned about her work load than wheather the kids get a littl dirt y having fun.She will not even let them have fun on their birthday if the will get dirty. They are not allowed to eat their cupcake because they will make a mess.Then she tells them they can have it for dinner when they get home. They do not want to eat then the kids are told they can not have cupcake.They never got cupcake and no fun on Birthday. She says her parents were too strict, then she turns around and does same thing. The kidswill grow up feeling the same way she feels about her parents. Let the kids get dirty , let them have fun, they are just little kids, thet will grow up all too soon. Poor Jon, he has said many times he is upset. He even told her she looks bad in public. I am afraid she likes showing what a big shot she is to her familys downfall. The show and all the fame has gone to her head.

Such beautiful children! Used to watch this show every week but Kate’s relentless, condscending attitude towards John has totally turned me off to watching. The more I watched, the worse she got. John seems to be so sweet but I wish he would stand up for himself more often!
I WANT TO TELL EVERYONE THAT I ADMIRE JOHN & KATE. PEOPLE NEEDS TO NOT BE SO JUDGEMENTAL!!FOR ANY OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE JUDGING THIS FAMILY NEEDS TO STOP!! YOU NEED TO WALK IN THERE SHOES BEFORE YOU START TALKING. I HAVE 3 TEENAGERS & ITS TOUGH !! I ALSO WATCH KIDS IN MY HOME , I DONT SEE HOW SHE DOES IT !! BLESS THERE HEARTS, I LOOK FORWARD TO WATCHING THERE NEW EPISODES EACH MONDAY !! IVE BEEN FOLLWING THIS FAMILY ALMOST SINCE THERE BIRTH ,ITS AWSOME !! THEY REALLY NEED PRAYRES. i hope these two get a divorce soon. neither one deserves to have children. i cant belive this kate she see’s a dollar sign above the head of every child and the way she treats her husband im supprised he hasnt divorced her sorry ass years ago.
i feel sorry for the children they didnt get a chance to pick these horrible people for parents maybe the foster parents will be better.
I think the show should still continue to air because first off most shows only show the good things, and people want to see the “real” things like yes, they aren’t getting along and they are going to separate and how it impacts the family. Secondly..if people think they are exploiting kids then think about all the other reality shows with kids, not just Jon minus kate plus Eight. LOL Regardless it still is a good show..and I think by having the show they actually are helping the kids, and providing for a really great future for them
