Woman who had 8 Babies Hiding Out

While the 8 babies remain in the hospital the ‘Octuplet Mom’ and her older children, aging from 2-7 are hiding out in a “safe-house.” Supposedly she has received nasty phone calls and e-mails that contain dangerous threats.

I’m sorry, but this is just scary. How is it that someone can bring 14 children into this world without batting an eyelash and then expect only sympathy?!? For those of us who cannot have children, this is insulting. THEN to find that 3 of her children are on disability and that she got plastic surgery to look more like Angelina Jolie… Are you kidding me?

Sometimes I wish they would make people take some sort of test before they can become a parent.

You’re right Nicole, it was up to her… but it will be up to US to feed them and take care of them. We’ve already started with the first 6 since she is on welfare and not working…

i think it sad..all are worried about her they need to worry about them babies who have no way of taking care of themself may god help her..and more then ever god bless the grandparents of them kids.

I believe everything happens for a reason. She seems to have a good faith and I believe God wouldn’t have brought these children into the world if he didn’t think it was right. Granted she could have avoided having a total of eight children all at once but thats how it is. If our economy was wealthy and no one was in financial trouble we wouldn’t even think about why we should have to pay for children to be fed because they are on welfare. I think Americans need to stop criticizing and threatening people that make choices such as these and pray for them.

First of all she needed to think abot her kids when she had the first one…she did not have a place of her own for these kids to call home…that was up to the womans mom and dad. I think that what “america is saying is that how can she want to have 8 babies plus the 6 that she already has, how can she live with her self…I think that she had this done to herself so that she could have her so called 15 minutes of fame…Cause everyone kows that she is getting money for doing all these shows…and really I would be willing to say that hardly any of it is going to be spent on the kids…And for her to fuss at her mom on tv like that she really has some nerve she should be more than greatful, but it did not look like she was to me.

why would she want to have more kids when she knows she can’t take care of the ones she has already? Look at the way she is living. I wouldn’t want to bring a child into this world when I know I can’t care for it. I love kids, but a child shouldn’t have to live in such terrible conditions.

I agree with you, Pam. That’s all she wanted was 15 minutes of fame. Now she is trying to hide. Having a baby should be a happy moment and not just to get attention. She has beautiful kids and I hate to see them taken away, but she can’t take care of all 14 kids and not have a job. GOD bless those kids and may GOD bless her too.

If your going to comment you should know what you are talking about. I agree with Jen and Nicole. If you payed attention she DID NOT get payed for that interview. She is getting her degree and will be paying for her children. The Foodstamps is only temporary. Her kids are just fine if you pay attention to the interviews with them. Of course they don’t want any more siblings. I have 4 of my own and sometimes they do not want to share Mommy. That is just children. And about the 15 minutes of fame you obviously never given birth or carried a child or have a clue about motherhood. You don’t push about babies and give up your life for children for a something as minor as fame, that comment to me is just disgusting and says something about yourselves, jealous maybe? I say God Bless her for being so strong and taking care of all her children. I pray that she shows the world about her love for her children and that she can do it. The best thing for people to do is MIND YOUR BUISNESS. I hope that diapers and baby companies do sponsor her. Mothers have the most hardest,selfless, non-stop job. They are what makes the world. Instead of condeming her we should give her support and encouragement. Now, I’m not saying have anymore babies, not encouraging that but like I said to each her own. But we need to stop downing women and help and be beside them. SHe is taking care of her own. She has a family of unconditional love with those kids, I pray that she raises them well. You can’t deny those kids are extremely loved. May God Bless them all and mother too.

My comment is for Jazz. Let me start off by saying, I have no background information on this lady or her family, and nothing that I say is to mean any harm to anyone. I am just one person in this world of many with what I hope is a voice of reason. I am a single 30 year old man who works full-time and goes to college full-time, who hs no kids, wants one, cant afford one, and above all I am gay; so there will be no child in my future, but your response out of everyones has baffled me! First off, you tell everyone to mind there own business, when you yourself posted a comment. That is a contridiction in itself. Second, you talk as though in the future she will care for her children on her own, but like us all we do not know what the future holds, so no one can say she will or will not be able to take care of her children on her own. The third thing is, if she is a college student working on her degree, how does she find time for her children, because I can barely find time for my dogs, but I do work to take care of myself. Fourth, neither you nor anyone in this world can say she did this for fame or to just have a family, only she holds that answer. I, as well as you, pray and wish nothing for the best for her children, as I do anyones child, but if you stand back and actually take a look at the picture that we have been painted, it shows a woman, like many in our America, that is abusing the system. Look at it from this angle. She is a single mother with no “man” in the picture, who has 6 children, lives with her parents, draws welfare and foodstamps, which is meant to help those IN NEED, not those who keep producing children, who knowingly had 8 embroys implanted in her. Now, from my view, and most likely many others as I can clearly read, why would you want to bring 8 more children into your life and this world, when you clearly cannot support the 6 that you already have? I find it an insult to the many of those who want more children, but know they cannot afford to give them the things that they will need in life, so they choose what they feel is right, and it is an inslut to the many women in our society that have complications that make them unable to have a child of thier own. I also find it an insult to America in general, as we as tax payers will be the ones “footing the bill”, until she supposedly is able to care for them on their own. Again, I did not respond to upset or offend anyone, as this is the first time I have ever responded on any site, about any event, but after reading you response and all the others, you seem to be the one that needs to have an “open mind” about this situation, and look at it from every viewpoint, not just your own!

I think that she will do a good job in raising her children, she carried them for 9 months and obviously has to love them enough to care and supply for them. That’s what a mother is suppose to do, it comes natural. All we have to do is pray for her and those little ones.They are a miracle!!! Everything that happens has a reason. God Bless you Nadia…

I feel like since it was her choice to have all of those kids then its going to be her choice on whether she takes care of them or. Only her and God knows why she did. I also feel like if she did it because she loves them then good 4 her but if for a bad reason then she will get wat she deserves later in life
