During the Big Announcement episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8 both of the parents made it clear that everything is “for the kids.”  Kate repeatedly referenced the children as “my kids….my kids.”  A PA Law Firm gave some insight in what they thought about the situation discussing what happens during a custody battle, which will happen between Jon and Kate.

Sources are telling us that Jon and Kate Plus 8 have been living separate lives for the past 2 years and tricking us into believing they were a “happy” family.

As a faithful viewer of the Jon and Kate Plus 8 reality show I feel cheated into believing that a family like theirs was “real” hence it is considered a “REALITY TV SHOW.”  The whole show has been a scam, but why? was it for the money?? the fame??

Evidently TLC does not have enough new footage to put together shows due to Jon and Kate’s marital status.  My guess is once Jon and Kate’s money starts to dwindle down they’ll find time for the camera crews to come in and film.  I was reading up on how Jon and Kate’s divorce will effect the family legally.  For interesting information on Jon and Kate’s Legal Issues

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Jon is spending increasing amounts of time in Huntingdon, Pa., near where his mom lives, three hours away from the home he shares with Kate and their eight children.

And, on February 6th, Jon showed up to a Juniata College house party.

Now, as much as everyone loves how Jon and Kate try to “act” as if the cameras are not around, I would have to say that I saw this coming.  Kate is the bitchy uptight mom and Jon is the laid back fun dad.  Put those two together and a tv show is only asking for trouble.
